my stay at trademark was great! the staff during check-in were super friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. the room was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. i loved how close it was to yvr, just a short cab ride away. breakfast was fine, and dining at the attached restaurant, happy, was a delightful experience with excellent service.

i do recommend.

The location stood out! It was conveniently close to the airport, making travel easy. The staff offered a friendly atmosphere that added a homey feeling to the place.

Cozy spot with great staff

I stayed for a night and it was pretty sweet. Location's on point, close to Costco for a quick SIM card run. Room was comfy and I slept like a baby. Breakfast was a feast! Staff even sent back my jewelry I left behind super fast. Just wish the shower stayed steady with its temp, it was kinda jumping around.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel, especially exploring the Richmond Night Market, which was just a short drive away. The spacious room accommodated our large family well, and it was great having our precious dog with us. The staff made sure our needs were met.

My kids wished the pool hours were extended for more fun! A little extra family-friendly activity would really enhance the stay.

staff was remarkably friendly. We appreciated the early check-in option, but the bathroom needed some improvements, specifically regarding water temperature consistency during showers.

Family with children practical choices

Breakfast was really plentiful, with everything you could want, from warm croissants to premade Belgium waffles,, can't get better than that! Also,, the staff were so thoughtful, even returned my jewellery bag that I left behind.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.

Can just recommend for a short layover

Spacious room, comfortable bed, with convenient on-site parking and a free airport shuttle that made getting to and from the hotel a breeze.

Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by several issues. First, the initial room I was assigned had a foul smell that made it uncomfortable. I had to request a room change, which created unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the sudden cancellation of the complimentary breakfast without prior notice left me feeling frustrated, as I had been looking forward to it.

The room was comfy with air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The shower had great pressure. Breakfast had a bunch of options, like yogurt and pastries. There's a fitness center if you want to work out. Location is handy, just 10 minutes from the airport, and across from Costco for shopping.

Watching the planes land from our room was a fun surprise, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed throughout our 2-night stay.
